Player Reward Competitive Analysis

Key Elements of CDC Competitive Analysis:

CDC creates an accurate and easy to understand comparison of your player reward strategy versus your competitors.

We make numerous visits (at different times of the day) to both you and your competitors’ Players Clubs to observe procedures & operation. We ask the same questions at each casino's players club.

We establish a player account at each competitive casino using an address that is located in the key feeder market. (For example, in the Reno market this address should be in the Sacramento region.)

We play a pre-agreed pre-determined amount at each competitive casino for a minimum of two visits.  The Client is billed for ”gaming expense” based on a prior agreed to estimate, and not on an actual “win-loss” result – which makes both budgeting and bookkeeping must easier for both of us.

We use an “Apple to Apples” format that allows you to measure the effectiveness of the three components of most player reward programs.
          • Cashback & Comps (both visible and discretionary)
          • Players Booth Operation
          • Direct Mail

We identify the Strengths and Weaknesses of your competitor's reward program.
